Cheese Broccoli Soup

1 large head of Broccoli, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cups milk
4 cups water
3 chicken bullion cubes
1 can Cheese Whiz
1 cup flour
1 cup margarine

Bring water, milk, bullion, and chopped vegetables to a boil. Remove from heat and add Cheese Whiz.
Mix flour and margarine and add to thicken.

*This is a recipe I will not be making again until I can figure out how to cut fat and calories from it.
